How does your ELC stand up against the rest?
Australian government guidelines, recommending 180 minutes of physical activity each day for 1- to 5-year-olds, noting more is better obviously.
My daughter attends GrowFit at her daycare centre every Monday. She loves the classes so much, she asks me every day if its Monday. I feel the kids are doing different activities in the GrowFit classes and enjoying it even more every week.
