At 9:30am each morning I'd like you all to join me LIVE with an Acknowledgement of Country and a brain charger. 10:30am we will launch a class or video prepared for children in the early childhood age bracket and their parents.
Today we have Chantelle doing GrowFit Breathe Session. You'll only need a mat to lye on. In the afternoons at 2:30 we'll have something for all ages, but mostly developed for Primary School age children and their parents. The little ones will still have fun! Today we have a Spin Da Wheel Challenge.
You'll need: - A hula hoop (not essential)
- 2 or 3 tennis ball sized balls
